Thank goodness I discovered Hard Drive 911 Data Recovery -- Fast, reliable, great follow-up and easy to work with. I had two company hard drives fail. At different times I spoke to three HD911 employees and all three were familiar with my service orders. Their phone networking system is awesome.

• Tom in SF was able to recover the data.
• Shirley in their customer service dept. was responsive and went out of her way to ensure our needs were met.

Hopefully, we'll never need their services again, but just in case, I'm keeping their number handy.
