Great Experience and Extemely Satisfied; Highly Recommended! I have never experienced data loss before, but it is a terrible situation. As I am sure is often the case, the data that is lost includes "priceless" files such as pictures/movies of family members who have since passed away or once-in-a-lifetime-vacations. Both my laptop and my external HD failed recently. I had a mild freakout session as I realized a good part of 9 years of my life were on those two devices. I thought I had lost files that I would never be able to replace. Luckily I found HD911 and their hard work was able to recover all of my data (and more). After trying Geek Squad and software from Kroll OnTrack, as well as countless Internet forums, I realized I needed professional help to recover my data. I called around and compared prices and services from a number of data recovery firms. After speaking with Sheila, I was confident that HD911 would be the right company to work with. She told me that highly experienced technicians would work on my drives and be able to recover most, if not all, of what I was looking for in just a day or two. Their processes were effective and efficient and she clearly walked me through the entire recovery process. After just a day, I was provided with a list of recoverable data on both drives. It included the data I wanted back plus other data that I did not think I had anymore and wanted back as well. From there, I worked with Sheila who was extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. HD911 was even able to take care of my order over the 4th of July weekend and ship me back my drives. In total, it took about 6 days to complete my recovery which included 3 days of shipping and 1 national holiday. The price was also extremely reasonable (and much cheaper than larger competitors). If you do not know, data recovery is a highly technical process and can get very pricey. I not only got all of my data back, but I got a great price as well!
