..... I decided to check out Yelp and called Hard Drive 911 as they had all good reviews.... John N. from Hard Drive 911 called me right away and was extremely nice and helpful. He talked me through my hard drive crash and potential problems and how to avoid them in the future. He was very familiar with the model of my hard drive and suggested I try a simple fix (replacing my power supply) before I sent it in for evaluation. Long story short, the fix worked and I didn't have to spend $1,000 on data recovery...Hard Drive 911 is awesome. Friendly,...,knowledgable and willing to help customers, even if it means they don't make money doing so. I will definitely use them in the future if I ever have another hard drive failure and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a recovery service. Thank you John!
