Great Customer Support I had a failed striped RAID with a ton of video-work on it and this company recovered it all with some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while. They were in constant communication about the process which I appreciated. I did little searching as to what other companies would charge, so I can't really comment on that, but I was nonetheless extremely content with my choice. I'll be personally recommending them to anyone in the future.
