Super RAID data recovery service, great value. I have a 2TB four-drive stripped RAID that was knocked off a table. I know enough about hard drives to know when a drive is clicking, it is a major issue. All four drives were clicking and I was in a panic. I called Hard Drive 911 for data recovery on Friday afternoon and received all my data back today, SUNDAY, and the cost was less than competitors were quoting for one week turn-around. After speaking with other companies, I went with Hard Drive 911 because they calmed me down and informed me of the process and my options without pressure. I spoke to a few other companies, and after my consultation I got a better feeling from Hard Drive 911. They picked up my drives within an hour, inspected my RAID, and had recovery information back to me by mid-day Saturday. I had my data back from a four-drive RAID in 48 hours at a cost far better than Ontrack or Drivesavers were quoting. I could not have asked for better service or a better value. If I need data recovery service again, I will only call Hard Drive 911.
