I had the auspicious occasion of hard drive not mounting, after initiating the Apple Time Machine application. after several hard disk management software downloads that did not solve the problem, i called Hard Drive 911 Data Recovery. Shiela did a excellent job of describing their services and pricing structure. after i agreed to the $100 initial investigation which applies to the overall bill, not in addition to, Tom took over and completed the recovery of at least 90% of my original hd. they were very professional and timely with messenger pickup and delivery to anywhere in the city. they were a bit expensive, but the 4 years of project data was worth recovering. i had to provide a second hd for the transfer, and it took about a week, but all was completed without hassle or backtalk. thanks Hard Drive 911 Data Recovery for making this easy and stress free.
