The guys at this company are genius! Years ago nobody in New York could recover my drive and a friend had told me about Hard Drive 911 so I shipped it to LA. I had it back within a week. They do not b.s. - they will recover your data and tell you if you need new hardware or not. Super smart, efficient and professional. well worth the price (which is competitive anyway).

I tell all my friends and business colleagues to go to Hard Drive 911 no matter how big or small the job - they may not be Geek Squad or the Apple store but that's the point - they are so much better!
